The staff were pleasant and welcoming, making an effort despite the poor conditions. Unfortunately, the room was in a shocking state, with peeling vinyl wallpaper and a disgusting bedspread covered in stains. The sink was tarnished a deep brown and the lack of basic fixtures like a towel rack left a lot to be desired. The noise from the air conditioning made it impossible to relax or enjoy any TV.

I stayed in the Deluxe King Room for 3 nights. It was actually pretty nice—clean and comfortable. The bed was good, everything worked, and the room had nice upgrades. Only bummer is no fridge or microwave, just basic stuff like internet and cable. Pool looked inviting but didn't try it. Some people nearby seemed a bit sketchy, and I heard the trains, but I felt safe with security around.

Had a great time with my friends! The hotel is conveniently located, only a short drive from Gila River Arena and State Farm Stadium. The rooms were clean and had all the essentials. Cable TV for our downtime. We felt safe, but it's worth noting that the area can be a bit sketchy. Overall, perfect for a fun trip.
One downside was the check-in process, which took longer than expected. It felt chaotic, and could use better organization. It wasn't a huge deal for us, but just a heads up for future guests.

We enjoyed our stay as it was easy to access Gila River Arena and State Farm Stadium, where we had family fun at the games. With 5 teenagers and 2 children, the kids loved the cable programming available for their entertainment after a long day out.
In my wife’s opinion, the room needed better cleanliness and upkeep for our family. A bathroom update would surely help families with children.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, but there were some letdowns like the musty smell and noise from the nearby area. The fridge and TV worked well, and the staff could have been friendlier, but the location is quite convenient for local attractions.

It was just a perfect match for a transient visit in Glendale with good value for money. The room had a working phone, which was appreciated after my long drive. Make sure to check everything upon arrival to avoid issues later.
